It was amazing how we were able connect at that ICF conference and funny how I referenced dancing to the 80's music in this post and that is exactly what we did!

In reply to Diane Janovsky. Thanks Diane, I like it! Please let me know how I can support you as I am a recovering perfectionist myself (and it still rears its ugly head once in a while). I now strive for excellence rather than for perfection or others' approval (it's a variation on the NTBL theme, for sure). And yes, one thing at a time is smart!

I’m giving up being a perfectionist. I’ll strive for progress, not perfection! I also need to give up Coke Zero, but first things first!

I love this Paula and it is so true. I have given up running and diet coke several years ago myself. Just getting started on the golf but some days I wonder?

I did finally let go of the idea that writing a book was NOT in my future. I published my book in December

and I’m excited about empowering even more young adults.

I am working on “NTBL” in 2017 too. Now you have me wondering what else I need to let go of? If I think of anything else, I’ll let you know.
